Dwarf clumsiness?
So since I've had Doug (hybrid dwarf) I've never really seen him try to climb down from something - he just sort of throws himself off it. As in, rather than going round to the ramp to get off a shelf, he'll just plop off the edge to the ground. Even on a ramp like a bendy bridge he slithers down rather than climbing.
His cage is set up so that the biggest drop is a few inches on to soft bedding so I'm not worried about him hurting himself, it just seems a bit silly!
Is this normal, a weird quirk, or something I should be worried about?

Re: Dwarf clumsiness?
That sounds fairly normal to me, they aren’t too good at judging heights or drops & do tend to fall of things, sounds as though your cage is set up safely so no need to worry.
