Smile Hamster Treats?

I recently made my own homemade hamster treat recipe. However, Maple and Honey seem to be getting bored of them somehow. Does anyone have an easy and healthy treat recipe? The Pet Store treat diet is not suitable. Thanks,

Here is one (sorry I don't have exact measurements though):

1. Put some whole wheat flour, some of their seed mix (but chopped), and maybe something else that you think they might like in.
2. Put water enough water in to make a dough
3. Form the dough into little balls (as big as you would like the treat to be)
4. Place a sunflower seed on top
5. Bake them (sorry I don't know how long or what temperature. You'll have to experiment.)

Here! I have one, and Percy seems to enjoy them! (Sorry, no exact measurements.)

You need : Oats (uncooked oatmeal), flour, and any hammy-safe fruit or veggie!.

1. Grind or blend your fruit or veggie into a juice.

2. Add oats and flour until a doughy consistency.

2 1/2. (Optional) Add some seed mix!

3. Use tiny cookie cutters or just roll the dough into hammy-sized balls.

4. Cook at 325 F for 5 minute incraments until hard. (15 minutes works for me.)

SERVE TO YOUR CUTE LITTLE HAMSTER!

This is for humans but hamsters can have a bit too:

weigh a banana without skin then mash it
add oats (weight of banana + 30g)
add an egg
add a few chopped or ground nuts
add cinnamon if you like
mix it all up and spoon little heaps on baking paper on a tray and bake at 180C for around 10 minutes or till set

I basically make muffins with that recipe Ria but it has bicarb soda in it, would that be harmful for hamsters?

I think baking soda/bicarb soda was considered safe if used as an ingredient in very well mixed cooked foods but there really wouldn't be any need to use it for hamsters. The loose form is the big danger though at least inside the cage or anywhere a hamster would physically come in contact with it for a few different reasons including the dust!
