Default Syrian screaming?

So my syrian hamster has screamed at me in the last 3 days.

I know the first one might have been my fault, I had to scoop her out of tank and hold her, while taking paper out of wheel. She kept hindering while I cleaned.

However today she was in play pen (under 10mins) and climbed up me and screamed right in my ear. I placed her straight back in tank and gave her a seed.

Could it be a new habbit, when she wants back?

She looks healthy, no weight loss or unusual behaviour.
She's in a defolf, 11inch wheel.
