How big exactly is her cage? Female Syrians are notorious for being hard to satisfy. For example 1000 sq inches is considered big for most hamsters, but for a Syrian female that most likely won't be enough. Syrian females are lot more lively (partly due to them being in heat every few days) than their male counterparts.
