Default Hamster suddenly more aggressive?

Hey everyone! I've had my hamster for around five weeks now, and she's my joy! We recently upgraded her cage to a detolf from a bin and she seems to be really loving it - she's a lot more active and constantly playing (she's always loved doing this but thought I'd share as it's super cute, but she loves standing up, spinning her wheel round without being in it, then trying to jump in while it's moving).

However yesterday, she suddenly got a lot more aggressive. She's only bitten once before (a day or so after we got her I put my hand in to fish out a bit of left over food and she bit and drew blood - my fault basically bc was so soon after we got her). I've been taming her slowly and in the past week seen a lot of improvements. She's always eaten out of my hand while sitting next to it, but recently started sitting fully in my hand AFTER she'd finished all my food. In bath/playpen she's started climbing over me more and sitting in my lap, and if i put my arm in her cage she'll climb into it so i can lift her out. Yesterday however she just KEPT biting my hand anytime it was near her (not enough to draw blood but defo not a nibble). At one point she even really confidently climbed into my arm and ran around/sat for a bit really calmly, only to walk over to my hand from my elbow and bite a few times!

Any ideas as to why?

Maybe she is starting to feel territorial about her new enclosure?
I would back off for a few days and let her settle in. You could try and get her out in a mug to interact with her in a play pen.
I really don't know what but she's trying to tell you something.
Have you ruled out any health issues by checking her over?
Smell can put them off too like strong soap or handcream or food smells on your hand.

My shy Robo took seeds from my fingers, then i was away for a week and now he doesn't. I respect his change of mind and patiently wait till he hopefully re-adjusts to me being around again.

I've been having this issue with Wilbur also. She was very tame and suddenly started biting. I hope your issue resolves
