New hamster suddenly waking up late?

So a week ago I got my hamster Mr. Bean. I think he’s about 3 months old. He would wake up between 7-8 pm but over the past few days I noticed him waking up/leaving his hideout later than those times. Yesterday I think he got up closer to 9 pm, and tonight after my run which ended at 10 pm I checked on him only to find him grooming, then going back to sleep. I decided to give him a fresh fruit treat to wake him up for good, and it seemed to work.

I just wanna know is this normal? When I newly got my previous hamster she was waking up consistently between 8-9 pm, so I’m just slightly worried for Mr. Bean.

it's totally normal, from what i've heard. when i first got my hamster, it took him a couple weeks to get fully set into their new routine. since they are nocturnal, they wake up late anyway!

someone more experienced can chip in as well, they might have more detailed answers@

Luna is the same, also depending on the weather/time of year she may get up early or later. e.g. if the weather suddenly drops cold or is wetter, she tends to get up later. If it has been a warm day she may be up earlier. Also as she is getting older it depends on how active she has been the previous night/morning.
