I guess it would be bar chewing if it was a barred cage, so chewing the bottle spout may be a similar thing. Your bin cage seems a reasonable size but at 12" high that is quite low - so not a lot of height for substrate and a wheel. They need at least a few inches of substrate to be able to have normal behaviours like digging, burrowing and burying things and moving the substrate around.

So it does sound like a stress behaviour and upgrading the cage may help. Zooplus have a good choice that aren't too expensive. The Alaska, Barney and Alexander are all popular. She may also enjoy a bigger wheel - if she finds the wheel uncomfortable that can also lead to pent up energy and stress behaviours.

Meanwhile Souffle has given advice on stopping the bottle chewing for now, but longer term I would say it's about giving her more enrichment so she's happier.

Does she have a house in the bin cage? A flat roofed house is sometimes a good place to put a food or water bowl so it doesn't get substrate in it.

Just noticed you said it was the bottle "holder" she is chewing on. Not the actual bottle spout? If that is the case, then don't use the holder -some people use a small piece of industrial strength velcro and stick the bottle to the inside wall of the tank or bin cage.

OR you could make a bottle stand that sits on the substrate out of a toilet roll or 500ml plastic water bottle . I made the water bottle one once - it's quite easy. I put a few stones in the bottom to keep it stable and in place, then a hole for the bottle spout after cutting off the top curvy bit of the bottle.
