Stress?
So I've had my Hamilton since the end of January and he's now 6 months old. Initially he was in the living room and then being moved upstairs every night and back down in the morning, but I didn't think this was too good for him so he found a permanent home in the bedroom. However my fiance slept in there all day in the dark and I only went in to go to bed, so he didn't really get any interaction, and he was very noisy at night!
I decided to move him back downstairs last night to have a permanent place in the living room, which is same temp and smell as the bedroom, and also the place he was for a while when he first came home. Put the camera on him last night and just watched it back this morning and there's a lot of face washing, wheel running and darting up and down his ramp. I'm hoping he's only stressed out because of the light from the camera, as change of location has never really bothered him too much before.
Is it worth sticking it out and keeping him downstairs, where I quite like the company and the peace at night, or is it worth taking him back upstairs and seeing how he acts then, bearing in mind I've never had the camera on him at night until last night but by the sounds of it, he's usually quieter and less active other nights!

Re: Stress?
A cage move may stress him a bit but he should settle down soon. Just talk to him and hide lots of tasty treats in his cage to distract him.

Thank you! He didn't seem to bad in the evening when I was there with him,but as soon as I went to bed he just ran solidly in his wheel and then darted around and kept freezing, which isn't what he ususally does at night! I just thought he'd be used to it given he spent the first month or so being moved from room to room at night!
