New hamster determined to chew on bars. Need urgent help.

I've bought some mesh but luckily Tofi seems to have settled a lot better this week. Once I put in her new wooden wheel, the bar chewing has decreased by 80%. I did notice with the old wheel it would work for a few minutes but then jam. I could move it but there was no way Tofi could. I think because I was so sleep deprived I didn't really notice it quickly.

So I'm sending the eco living cage back for the moment. The price is just too much and I might in the future, give DIY cage a go instead.
