Default Ball Times

No, not pictures of Chewbaccas boybits again

I've tried Chewbacca in his run around ball a few times this week after a break of a week, as I wasn't sure if he enjoyed it, and he's been going nuts on his wheel anyway. But the wheel running has calmed down to naff all, so I thought best get him doing something before he becomes a big porker.

Both times he has been in his ball, he has made his way straight to where my clothes airer is propped up against the wall. He runs into it over and over, apparently trying to make a bigger noise. This is just about all he does in his ball.

This concerns me. At least it's exercise, but still.

Is it nutty, bored hamster repetitive behaviour?
Is he attention seeking?
Or is he just loving the sound it makes?

He's been a bit lazy in his cage this week so I might pop out in the morning and get a few new bits or something, try to mix it up a bit.
