Question Strange Noise???

My little nekkid ham just let out a demonic growl/moan that lasted a good ten seconds. Scared the living shit outta me! He's been hiding in his peanut hut just napping and nibbling. Hasn't been touched yet because I only play with him when he's fully awake. When I lifted his peanut to check on him, he looked like he was just waking up. Why did he make that sound? Was he having a hamster nightmare? He seems fine and happy now.:confused

Mine did similar yesterday! I thought it sounded like baby choking. Decided to wake her up by taking to top of her hide and rustling the bedding outside. She was spooked too though even launched at my hand to attack when she had came round properly - she's never acted like that before.
