Default Nibbly syrian

She is tamed and will let you scoop her up and play outside although she is still nibbly. I have plenty of chew things and she does love to chew her bridge a lot. Most days if you have her on your hands outside the cage she won't nibble them (although I don't leave my fingertips near her mouth too long). But when moving stuff around inside her cage she will try to nibble or bite your fingers, I don't think its aggressive as she often is trying to climb up my arm to play outside but it does happen. I have had her for 5 months and it has kinda been a little problem. Although she will bite anything that you put through the bars, fingers and accidentally one time, my nose. I sometimes don't wash my hands before playing with her but it doesn't really make a difference as to what they smell like. Any help with this?

Also this isn't really related but she tends to only sleep in her house for a couple days but then moves all of her nesting material into a corner and sleeps where the nesting material falls through the bars and onto the floor; I usually try to move her back into her house but should I?

Some hams do tend to be a bit nibbly & stay that way occasionally, I would keep your hands out of the cage as much as possible, just do the essentials, food & water, any cleaning can be done when she's out of the cage in a carrier or other safe place. She may be a bit territorial so try not to disturb things in the cage too much, keep cleaning to a minimum, you don't need to clean much often other than spot cleaning pee.
Moving her nest around is normal too, some hams will always sleep in one place while others may have several nests, if a bit of substrate on the floor is bothering you maybe try putting a bit of cardboard against the bars in that area but don't interfere with her nest if you don't really have too.
What kind of house does she have? It should be big enough, about shoebox size, with no base laid directly on a good deep layer of substrate.
