Exclamation Erratic behaviour

I recently had to separate my two Russian dwarf hamsters, Nugget and Vin, due to fighting. Poor Vin was injured and bleeeing.

Since then, I have found that nugget has been acting very strange, she has put on weight, hasn't been using her wheel at all, and has began burrowing and moving all of her bedding into the corner where she will burrow into it. She is currently trying to burrow under her wheel, she seems frantic about it, too.

I do hope that she's not pregnant, babies are the last thing I want, it was so upsetting to have to separate them. I would appreciate some tips, or advice, to try and settle Nugget down.

Are your pair male & female? If they are then it is possible she could be pregnant of course but otherwise her behaviour sounds fairly normal, hams often do that, putting on weight could just be due to not having to compete for food any more.

Dido on what cypher said. It sounds like she may be pregnant. But this is common in hams especially since winter is around the corner!

Pets at Home told me they were both female, but I know they can often be wrong. I'm only worried because she hasn't acted like this before, at least not to this extent.
