Default Clicking teeth/ grinding

My hybrid dwarf Izzy makes clicking sounds when I take her out for playtime and she's scurrying about. I don't know if this is good as she does the same thing when I'm moving something in her cage. She is extremely territorial and will charge at me. She also clicks when she's alone at night. She sleeps in the same room as me so at night I can hear her playing on her wheel and exploring her cage.
As for taming I've been using a tooth brush to get her used to being touched in her cage and seeing things move around. She's slowly getting better but I can tell it's going to be a very long process if it's possible at all.

it's most likely she's annoyed or anxious, which is to be expected with taming, but it's possible she might be sick if you've noticed a decreased appetite or similar symptoms.

I'll keep that in mind but she does eat all her food. The clicking isn't constant. Only happens on specific occasions. I'm still confused as to whether or no she likes being handled. She will eat her pumpkin seeds (her treats) on my hand and groom herself on my hand as well. She isn't afraid to approach me when she's out or flinch when I pick her up to put her back in her cage. The clicking is very soft. The clear signs of distress she shows that I can recognize happen when she's in her cage. Out she's completely different. I'm confused because she clicks inside her cage when she's ready to take me out and out when she's happily eating a seed on my hand.

the clicking might be chewing then? or food moving around in her pouches?

my robo isn't afraid of me either, but he DOES hate being handled, and is not afraid to show me how much he hates it with nips.
