Question Hamster peeing on itself?

I recently started to notice that my hamster’s fur looking wet at times. I’m not sure if it is because he accidentally rubbed against the bottle nozzle and getting his fur wet or if he pees and rolls around in his pee, he uses the sand bath as a wee spot even tho I didn’t litter train him. He didn’t have this problem before so I’m not sure why it’s occurring now

Where are you seeing the wet fur? Could it maybe his scent glands? They can look wet sometimes if they've been doing a lot of scent marking. It could also be from the water bottle possibly.
