Default Won't Stop Biting

So a little over two weeks ago I adopted a hamster from a local pet shop. I went with my cousin who already had three hams and was very experienced. When we picked her up she was a little nervous but so sweet. She was the cutest hamster and not a biter at all. We got a ten gallon tank cage and took her home. Right away I noticed she was a little nibbly but I knew she was just nervous and left her alone. After I was allowed to interact with her she clamped down on to me and i had to shake her off. I quickly realized she was just cage territorial and upgraded her to a giant bin cage. I do bath time bonding and she is so sweet but in her cage she gets up on two legs and follows me around her cage to bite! She doesn't even appear nervous! I've tried gloves, treats, bathtub, and using objects to pick her up but shes just so unpredictable. I never know when she will be a sweet little ham or a vicious one. Please help me find out whats wrong with Snow!
