I didn’t use any particular method to bond with Hera and Ares. To be honest, when I got them, I decided to just wing it. I suppose what I did was to offer them treats every now and then, but I’d rub my hand on the treat to familiarize them with my scent. Now, Ares and Hera are happy little hams who love playing (although Ares despises being picked up and WILL bite).

The taming methods I use are the toilet paper method(putting toilet paper in your clothes for scent then giving it to your hamster)
I also do the playpen bonding method and also the hand feeding treats.
