Shuddering

I've noticed my hamster shuddering every so often for the past 2 days. It's like a momentary aggressive shake (humans do it when "someone walks over their grave") He hasn't done it before. What does it mean?

Hamsters naturally "vibrate" and shudder. Usually what you're seeing is their noses and whiskers twitching. I am going to guess this is the same thing. Hamsters also shake themselves off, like dogs after water. It's hard to know exactly what you're seeing. A video could help I wouldn't concern yourself too much over it. Best wishes

It seems like he's shaking himself off then. His whole body shakes, not just his nose/whiskers. Thanks
