both hamsters running in wheel together!

Both my hamsters are running in the wheel together, trying to run in different directions too , can hear a few squeaks and they seem to be getting angry with each other Worried theyre going to fight over it

Ive read on here you should have two of everything, including wheels and houses, to help prevent fighting. Maybe you should consider an additional wheel

Yes it does sound as if they are getting territorial as they mature 567. They will fight over a preferred toy. As I have said before it is hard to keep two Chinese together as they mature. It is not a natural situation for adults and pet shops are wrong to advise that they can be kept together. With Chinese fighting escalates very suddenly and one can kill the other. You need to watch them very closely. I know you are having trouble with agressiveness in these hamsters too and I wonder if this is linked.
Chinese are usually very gentle and peaceful. We have one and he is the softest of lads. He is very tame too and has never nipped.
Maybe your's are still nervous. Where did they come from?

Are the wheels different styles? Maybe one is prefered as it is more comfortable, but if you are already having issues with them then maybe the wheel is not the root of the problem
