Unhappy Hamster not acting right

Today I went over to my hamsters cage at the normal time she wakes up and she wasn't awake. I didn't think much of it i gave it 2 hours and came back she had woken up and was sat on her wheel looking very still and almost frightened of something. As she is tame i reached in the cage to go and stroke her back she still stayed dead still on her hind legs i picked her up and put her on my lap and she just stayed still. she was warm and seemed to be breathing fine but usually if she is scared she will get very jumpy. About an hour before my mum had screamed very loudly because she dropped something on her toe, I'm not sure if this has something to do with it or not. A few days ago I also got a new LED lightbulb in my room that is quite bright but when I first got it she seemed to be fine with it. I checked her vision by moving my finger to see if she followed it and she did. I checked her hearing by clapping to see if she reacted and she did I really don't know whats happening and I'm so worried please help!

Sometimes hamsters go very strange...My Myachick and Dumpling can be so scared if a suddenly approaching happens. Since winter has come, the hamster's schedule can differ a lot from before, usually they tend to sleep longer. There is nothing to be worried. I am pretty sure your hammie will recover very soon.
But, keep monitoring another few days after.

It does sound as though something may have scared her, sometimes they can get frightened by things we're not even aware of, for now I would just let her have some quiet time, see if she settles again & just keep a close eye on her without disturbing her too much just in case there is anything else going on with her.

Thanks cypher and sunny for your suggestions, Luckily Mila has gone back to normal this morning. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

I've had the freezing thing before - sometimes they hear something that freaks them and freeze. The back door banging used to scare our syrian when he was a baby.
