I'm keeping my fingers crossed and that things settle.
But do agree about them being able to adjust should the need arise.

Re: 3 roborovskis not sure how happy they are?
I also agree that they can adjust should the need arise. When Flower and Fairy (rip) fell out they soon got used to being on their own.
Had a good long watch last night. I put them all in their play box and gave their tank a gentle clean (not their bed). They had made a second bed out of fitch on one of the platforms. I took it away and added in a couple of extra toys.
Once back in the cage they all had a really good look around and were active for ages. I saw Daffodil and Seren have a small scrap (Seren ended up on her back) and I saw Maple hustling both of the others off the wheel.
Maple is much tinier than Seren and a bit smaller than Daffodil but she is SUCH a whizzer. She makes the others look like sloths!
I am a lot less worried about things now. Still keeping a careful eye on things.

They do sound amusing, Maple's standing up for herself hustling them off the wheel. Whizzer lol!

Re: 3 roborovskis not sure how happy they are?
Well after a lot of careful observation I have separated Maple. She lives in a storage bin with a flying saucer wheel and a wooden upright wheel.
She has been so so lively since moving into her own pad. She is on her wheels (one at a time) most of the night and sits day dreaming after foraging for ages. She reminds me of Flower after she had been separated from Fairy.
Maple is so so so so tiny. She looks like a baby. Daffodil and Seren are happily cuddled up together in their nest every night and although S does put D onto her back she doesnt seem to mind and they both spend most of the time together.
I have ordered another flying saucer wheel as their current wheel squeaks like crazy (they are in my bedroom). Maple's wheels are both lovely and quiet.
Seren and Daffodil look so alike with their white faces and beady eyes. Seren is a lot bigger though.
They are all so fascinating. Oh yes Daffodil likes to have a good old bit of my fingers when they invade her cage. Maple doesnt bit at all and will happily stay out and about when my hand is near her. I love them all.

It sounds as though Maple is very happy to have a place of her own
They all sound adorable in their different ways!

Re: 3 roborovskis not sure how happy they are?
I'm glad all are doing well. Trios can be difficult to maintain as there is a hamster who is the "odd man out".
It sounds like you made the right choice. Dwarf hammies will play and tussle, it takes some practice to differentiate between them, and it sounds like you're doing a wonderful job by these three little ladies.

Re: 3 roborovskis not sure how happy they are?
BP she is just lovely. So chilled (when she isnt whizzing). They are great entertainment.
Cypher Maple does seem pleased. They are all such characters.
Aisling, yep they are totally adorable!
Hekomi thank you. It was a bit nerve wracking trying to decide who should go where but it became clear that little Meeps was getting left out.
I am tempted to have the grosvenor cage (large rat and hamster cage. Large rat cage my a***) as a play cage for Maple but not sure if that would be a good thing or not. I would wait until she has been in her new pad for a few days. Any thoughts? I would like to tame her.
