Chewing chewing chewing!
My Syrian as most of you know is a chewer, I've started tonight letting her free roam in the spare room and that's all she's done is chew! Trying to rip up the carpet by the door and now she's decided to chew up a DVD cover (cardboard). Is this normal?

Re: Chewing chewing chewing!
Perfectly normal! Just invest in lots of cardboard like cereal boxes, tea bag boxes, biscuit boxes the centre of loo rolls and kitchen towel etc and unwanted paperback books and let her rip to her hearts content. Some of them just do! Many a carpet has been attacked in this way when roaming.

Haha! Great! I'm finding this so funny I don't know why, I thought she'd be loving the space but she spent most of the two hours chewing up stuff.

Sounds like she needs a room, not a cage!
