Wow, you got Dakota (just seen her thread) AND another hamster? I can't keep up with the hamily lol. You must be up to 10 or 11 now. So lucky .

I would keep a hamster regardless of temperament, as I made a commitment to that animal, so it's only fair I keep it no matter what. I would never give away an animal I couldn't care for if they were vicious or aggressive. In most cases, the animal is just frightened and needs time to settle in and work through taming slower.

It's hereditary, the aggressiveness. I could see it immediately by looking at the litter. They looked like 4 cute sharks in there lol. I don't know what I was thinking when I got her. I think it was because she reminded me of CB and she needed a home and was free.

I saw a video of agouti hybrids litters being aggressive while babies and they pointed that out in the video on You Tube, I'll post it if I can find it in my history?
