She couldn't say for sure, but two possible reasons are the party that was upstairs and cause a lot of noise or just shock of falling down
It's true, I was so worried about her, even I was trying to think she's fine because she was eating, drinking and active hoe she always is. I'm so relieved that now it's been confirmed by a vet that she's all right (:
