Hello and welcome! Don't worry, it's perfectly normal to obsess and worry as a new ham parent. I agree with all of what was stated above, switch to a paper bedding such as kaytee clean and cozy, fitch, or boxo. Carefresh is another good option, but due to it being dusty (and your ham already having bedding intolerances) I'd recommend you stay away from it. If the issue doesn't resolve a few weeks after the switch to a paper based bedding, then it could be a URI. Have fun with your new little one!
