Draven's first time out
So it was Draven's first time out in the bath today for a big play. It's amazing how drastically personalities can differ in dwarves. Nothing seems to faze this little guy at all! He let me lift him up and carry him right in and he's been having a great time I love that little tiny face so much <3

Re: Draven's first time out
I did the same thing! Is he a Winter White? I got mine 5 days ago i think and by the second night i was feeding him through the bars, just because he was so curious! The third day I stuck my hand in the cage and he walked all over it without any problem at all! The bathtub is fun.

Re: Draven's first time out
I think he's just a hybrid since I got him from pets at home. It only seemed to take a couple of days for him to settle He's so friendly. His new big permanent cage is here now, so I hope he likes it and settles in there too!

Re: Draven's first time out
He's such an amazing wee hamster With Jareth I had to get him to step into his mini carrier then lift him out of his cage, but Draven just wanders onto my hand and lets me lift him.

Re: Draven's first time out
Those two are a really good example of adapting taming techniques for each ham as no hams are exactly the same. Surprising how different they all are, isn't it? Glad it's going so well with Draven.
(Also, a wee aside, I love their names - Draven and Jareth. Good film inspo : ) ok, back to your thread...)
