Default Change in behavior and sleep pattern!!

Hello! This is kind of a two-pronged question so bear with me ; u ;
I have a syrian ham and recently she's had a very drastic change in sleeping pattern. She used to pretty much wake and sleep in accordance with the sun but recently she's started to wake up very late, like 2 am and go to sleep even later, like around 10 am. This is a big problem because I'll be going to school soon and I won't be able to give her time outside if I'm asleep or even worse she'll be keeping me up all night from wanting to come out.
And that's the second part, Bimmy used to run on her wheel straight through the night and now she won't run hardly at all. She has a good wheel that is her size and everything and I'm not sure what's the problem. She seems very incontent in her cage and she always wants to come out--she'll climb on anything and everything until I take her out. Her cage is large enough, she has chews and a tunnel that she shows no interest in. I don't know if she needs more toys or she's just bored with what she has? It's really difficult right now because she does not want to stay in her cage for very long at all. And this combined with her sleeping schedule makes for a pretty big problem for the both of us. Right now it's okay because I'm on break and I can be awake at her times but when I start going to school either I'll be sleep deprived or she'll be really upset from not being let out of her cage :/
So, my two questions come down to: what's up with her sleeping and how can I fix it? And is there something wrong with her wheel and what can I do or add to her cage to make her interested in being in there?
Thank you so much sorry it was so long!

How old is your hamster?

Also is your ham limping or looking like she is struggling to move?

She's like 8 or 9 months. And no I don't think there's anything wrong physically--when she comes out all she does is run around.

Ok it would not be a sign of an elderly hamster.

Does she limp?

What sized cage is she in?

Sorry I am asking a ton of questions XD

No it's totally cool! Anything that helps! She doesn't limp or anything like that. Her cage is 32"x18" it's not as big as I wish it was but because of school I can't give her anything enormous unfortunately.

If you can make something like 4 Ikea Lack side table units, that would be a massive upgrade. The end result is around 1,600 square inches. In the US,Walmart make extremely similar tables called the Parsons tables which are the same price however they're only an inch or two smaller. That isn't really important though, since the cage itself is always a square meter even with legs included!

It's honestly a really cheap and easy DIY,all you really have to do is mesh the sides(aka on the outside frame of the cage you have the table legs and each pair make the frame for a mesh wall). You'd have to line the end result with nonadhesive contact paper and then make lids and or doors, but it's still not a complicated DIY even at that point so pretty much anyone could afford and make that

I know her cage isn't the biggest and I really wish I could give her like a huge permanent installation in my room but because of school it's not really an option. I used to have a cage that only met the minimum US requirement but I've upgraded to this bigger one now. If I could just get her sleeping schedule to change then taking her out of her cage during her awake time wouldn't be a problem at all. And she could just spend all the time she wants outside. I think her sleeping schedule is the biggest problem here at least considering my options.

What do you mean by you can't because of school?

What size is her wheel? And what toys have you got in the cage? If you add in some Whimzee dog chews and some wooden chews or some interested new toys it might make her a bit more active a bit earlier, but that's all I can suggest really, I'm not too sure - hams just tend to sleep whenever they want to!

I'm not sure what would have caused her to change her waking & sleeping times so much, mine do vary a little bit but not by quite so much, I was wondering if it's been hot where you are & if that may be a factor, waiting till it's cooled down before coming out.

Well I go to school out-of-state so because of travel I can't really have anything huge or heavy for her. She has wooden chews and another type that doubles as a tunnel. I think her wheel is 9". It's definitely big enough for her her back doesn't arch. It is hot here but it's been hot all summer it didn't suddenly change and my room is fairly fresh.
Her wake and sleep times used to be really regular and when they did change it happened after some time progressively. But this change was really sudden and drastic.
