No idea really then about the sudden change, you could try getting her up a little earlier & gradually making it earlier & earlier if she's happy with that to try & get her back to a better time.

It should be fine just start slowly maybe 30 minutes early than her usual time to begin with, maybe stick to that for a few days & if she seems happy enough then just keep making it a bit earlier until you find a time you're both happy with.
It helps to make it worth them waking up, either food time or a nice healthy treat!
