Default storing her pooh in her bed??

hi guys

elly keeps storing rather big mounds of her pooh in her bed.i dont know why she does this because she has a pee corner she likes to use but she still keeps her poohs for her bed any ideas to stop her doing this?i have to clean her bed out every day and iv tried emptying her pooh mounds into an old jar which i put directly under her igloo bed but still no success.

my dwarf hamster has almost all the poo (like 90%) in his bed/house. I think its normal

It is quite normal. They poo anywhere and everywhere but the hard black stuff if quite dry and inoffensive so don't worry about that

Toffee is the same, he stores it all in his bed in the same area that he stores his food!

Hahah, same here, my hamster stores food + poo in his bed.

But he wee's inside a box I put in there for him, potty trained!

Our last Hamster Bertie put all his poo outside his house (just outside the door) but our new female Hamster Rosie keeps nearly all hers in her bed. She does put some in her food dish, but I think that is to tell other hamsters that the food is taken!!
