We're officially making progress!! He starting to take food from me and sniffing my hand! He's also sleeping in his house during the day! All concerning behavior has stopped and the taming process has started!!

Great update. My fluffy cream syrian, Arun ran non stop on his wheel when i first got him. He has settled now too.
Its so lovely when they start getting tame isnt it?

Excellent news. I'm trying to remember but I think our Syrian was on and off his wheel all the time the first couple of days - he'd never had one before
