Slow
grim my new hamster. Ive had about a week and a half. Hes already fully tamed. But im still taking it slow. Hes acting really slow at proccessing. Hell stand for a few mins staring at something and it walking around really slowly.he doesnt have wet tail i checked. And hit feet look normal. Ive been giving him veggies and fruits everyday. He was acting fine. But i brought him with me to my grandmas hosue across the street from mine. And ever since we got here hes been like this.

Re: Slow
Maybe slow down with the fruit and veg. Fruit has a lot of sugar and should only be given twice a week. Veggies are different and ok daily, maybe reduce the amount. He will have noticed a change of atmosphere with going to stay in another house and this can freak them out. Will you be staying at your grandma's long?

Re: Slow
Sounds like he's probably just a bit nervous being somewhere new, are there any other animals around or scents, sounds he's not used to that may make him extra nervous?
Keep a close eye on him just in case he's unwell & just keep him quiet so he can settle down & adjust to his new surroundings.

Re: Slow
He doesn't know the other animals wouldn't hurt (& you can never be totally sure of that) so even the scent of the dog & cats may well be the problem, if you can put him in a room where other animals can't go it might well help.

Re: Slow
If he has changed just from bringing to your Grandmas across the street. Can you bring him back to the original house he was in where he was fully tame?
Other than that all you can do is give it time for him to adjust to your Grandma's house.
Are you spending the same amount of time with him that you did when he was fully tame?

Re: Slow
Cypher & Cinnamon Bear have made good points, if he has to stay in your grandma's house then maybe have him in a room by himself and ensure the door is kept closed at all times.
