Hi! Yes, like the others say, go slowly with taming. Put the tissue in all the time, away from anywhere he thinks of as his like food or nest that he scent marks so he doesn't think you are a rival smell! Just checking, you don't wear strong perfume or anything? That might unsettle him. Once he has relaxed, he will come to you and you can let him set the pace. If he knows you are something to do with yummy treats and not anything challenging or scary he will want to investigate. He sounds shy so give him lots of time. Less is more with cleaning, I think when he relaxes he probably won't want to wee in his nest any more, mine didn't but she was a girl so maybe girls are a bit different. Hope it goes well!
