That's looking good! The wheel is a silent spinner - does it spin freely (there have been problems with them recently) - if it doesn't that might be why he's not running in it. The Hamster food needs to be a dwarf hamster mix ideally. Something like this one maybe, depending on what you can get locally. Also I think a lot of people in the US also add Oxbow Healthy Handfuls

What brand of food are you using?
Like Serendipity said you do really need a mix made specifically for dwarfs ideally, they do tend to enjoy small seeds, the pellets & other bits won't make him fat if it's a well balanced hamster mix so I wouldn't worry about that.
Robos are very active little things generally, I don't think I've ever seen a fat one! It's usually either too many of the wrong kind of treats or lack of exercise that makes hamsters fat.
Have you tried offering any small pieces of veg as treats yet? He would probably enjoy that, better for him than yogurt drops too!

I'm going to the store today so I can grab some fresh veggies for him. I'll also get him the right kind of food. I have 4 different pet stores nearby so I'll look for a dwarf food. The wheel is spinning easy and he's used it a couple more times lately. I also think he likes his happy meal house, at least, he feels safe there because he darts under when I open the lid and takes food under there.
