Godzilla using his sand bath & Hercules on his wood tunnel is proof they're coping and adjusting to the single life. Putting their homes next to each other will be fine.
They'll probably take a peek at each others homes and each other but unable to fight.

That's a very good point KD - Sorry - I take back my comment about it being quite common - I was just going by all the threads I've seen, and as you say we only hear about the ones that don't work out. But don't feel bad Chris from Edinburgh - your two must be of the 50% who just want their own pad!

Just to give a quick update, both Hamsters seems to be loving the single life! don't seem to mind their cages being near each other. Need to head to pet at home to buy them more toys/fancy houses now!
