Kyrill your absolutely right. There are many obstacles when keeping a pair and bickering, squabbling, squeaking and the like don`t always mean absolute separation. I suppose it`s the frequency and whether the one being focussed on determines the action taken, or if both hamsters are at it equally!
horseyhammiegirl, I do hope so. It would be nice if your friend joined HC and gained more information rather than see her hamsters squabbling and not truly know if they are just squabbling amongst themselves or whether the behaviour is serious. We can take your word that she has taken on board what`s been suggested. x
