Talking hot weather = giddy hamster?

It's quite hot here today where I am in england, and usually at this time Kaiser is burrowed and fast asleep, but today he's very giddy, excited and running everywhere, could the heat be making him the kind of "excited" that it does to dogs? His testicles are rather large today too!

Well the heat'll definetly have affected his testicles and it might've affected his behaviour, its hard to work out what does and doesn't affect individuals sometimes

I'm not sure. It was sunny in England today but my hamster stayed in bed for the whole day. So i'm not sure. But I have heard that heat can make hamsters more active?
