Default Strange behaviour

Hi I'm new too this forum Iv had my little girl (Syrian) ) hamster since September 14 i got her from a pet shop. iv owned a few hamsters before so her behaviour is baffling me to start with if I give her fruit or anything with small amounts of sugar in she goes crazy like she's on a sugar rush..
She also seems too have no night routine she wakes at 2pm too play for hours and also at 7am until about 930am it's prety quiet so it's not noises waking her.
She also bites your fingers when handleing her she doesn't act scared she's really wants too come on to your hands but she bites fingers and it really hurts she's drawn blood a few times
I am finding little splats of blood where she chews a lot!
All my other hamsters were never like this. Has anyone else had this before.
Many thanks

Hi & welcome to the forum
If your ham is behaving like that when you give her anything sugary then I'd just stop tbh, what are you feeding her as her main mix? If you want to give her treats then I would stick to things like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, mealworms & small amounts of fresh veg.
I wouldn't worry about the routine, some hams are more active in the day & it can change over time, as long as she's active, running in her wheel, eating & drinking ok that's all that matters, the time isn't important.
If she's biting but not showing signs of fear or aggression then she may just be confusing your fingers with food! Try using a small bowl to feed her treats & if need be wear gloves when handling her for a while & see if that stops the biting.
When you say you're seeing blood where she chews do you mean her blood & not from where she's bitten you? If it's her blood then she must have hurt herself somehow, I would try to look in her mouth if you can & if there's any sign of bleeding get that checked by a vet.

Thank you for the reply sorry it's taken a while to reply.
I feed her on a balanced hamster food mix and avoid all sweet sugary treats.
I'm glad I don't need too worry about her sleeping habits.
Any Advice on stopping her biting would be great. Also I have started to use gloves to pick her up she still try's to bite through them. also the spots of blood seems too be coming from her maybe her teeth where she chews the bars it's only small specks so will keep an eye on that as there's nothing in her mouth sore ect.
