Default Happy hammies & Taming?

Is there any way to tell if a hamster is happy? bunnies binky, mice popcorn, dogs are just always happy LOL, cats purr. Is there anything that hamsters do?

Last night she was begging continuously for me to pick her up and she loved my attention and then today she went back to being her shy self. This happens a lot!! It's like she's completely tame one day and then another, she'll be scared of me. Is this normal?

Awe bless her!
I think Honey is very happy, you worry too much.
Could it be she's in heat?
Twinkle's a bit like Honey that way.
You said yourself, that she loves getting her medication.
