My hamster kicks in her sleep?

Hi, my hamster's name is Sophia. This might be a stupid question but here it goes, sometimes i see my hamster kicking in her sleep (I sometimes watch her sleep for a little bit, it's cute ^.^) and sometimes i see her jump from her sleep like she had a nightmare.(awww =( ) Was she dreaming?

Yes she was dreaming, it's so sweet watching them sleep.
She might jump because she senses you near, they can smell your scent.
