Ok I wild take care of the toy and set a reminder to get a routine started. My mobility is limited for the weekend so ill have to use the fresh things I have at the house, some one recently brought a salad mix home. He can have a bit of romaine and spinach? I have peanuts for him but I know he can't have too much.

I've never had to loud noisy feed really, in the sense that some ham owners may have to. The room is usually quiet and it didn't take long for the normal sounds of a cage door, a feed bag, pouring the food and placing it, was loud enough. Now, they all come out if they so much as hear the food bag being handled anywheres in the room.

Well I've decided to do things quietly while talking to him I haven't gotten his side doors on yet(I was waiting to do it when I take him out to connect his two boxes) so unlatching the lid from the box is enough no matter how softly you do it it'll still make some noise and vibrations

Introduce fresh greens in very small amounts so they're digestion isn't thrown into a whirl When they're fine with that, they can have bigger bits. Romaine and spinach should be fine.
