Yeh I'm using that Ferplast sippy for Honey in the tank right now. I find it to be leaky :/ she uses the protruding horizontal arm to climb up... And then the whole thing caves under the weight of my 130g hamster and it falls off! Soaking her, her bedding and everything else. Bah. Not overly impressed but until I figure out a safe. Suitable. Permanent alternative. I feel a bit stuck with the leaky wet one... She's gotta have water even if she ends up sucking it out her fitch :P

Wow I see what you mean - they have some fantastic stuff - expensive! Love the videos of Hamsters in nature and then showing how the ceramic things work. Found the water bottle. I see how the Getzoo one is first.

The Getzoo one looks just as good tbh, be interested to hear how you get on with it when it arrives.

I did wonder about it falling over - the top is knocked off easily (already spilt it on the floor before putting it in!) Charlie just bit at the protruding horizontal arm and ignored the spout underneath. I tried to show him by tapping my finger under it but got ignored. Will try that again tonight.

He's determined to give you a hard time isn't he! Leave it a while & it may get the hang of it.

Haha yeh it does take them a little to get the hang of licking vertically... From underneath. Honey just kinda...? Pulls it into her mouth stuffs it against her tongue and I assume the water just.. Leaks out xD lol.
Sometimes she bites it. Gets aggravated and storms back to bed.
However my other girl, she managed to get the hang of it..
Literally. She escaped that way! Honeys butt is too big for her to hoist onto the arm though

I like the look of the Rodi site's toilet litter. It is 4.99 euros for 3 litres and like granules made from pumice stone (which I believe chincilla sand is made from?)

Yes I am sure he will work it out eventually and has the other mouse water bottle anyway.

I did get some of the Rodipet litter while I was ordering other things, it's OK but I still prefer to use the chinchilla sand tbh.
