Unhappy Hamster is in a huff

Hi I just got back from a weeks holiday and I think my dwarf hamster is in a huff with me. My Mum watched Grayson for me, checking in on him, giving him treats etc every day.

Since I got back on Sunday he has been in a huff with me, refusing treats, not coming out to play and generally being moody.

Today he did take a treat but he took it and ran back in his house. He has been doing his digging but will stop if he hears me coming. He also didn't use his wheel last night.

Is it normal for hamsters to be moody after an owners holiday? My cat (that I had as a child) would behave in a similar way. So is this normal?

Thanks for any advice.

I know my cats and dogs do this. I'm not too sure with hamsters but i know that when i stay at my friend's house, my hammie does get annoyed. Whenever i get back he is unsure around me, but i just persist with treats and attention and he remembers how at ease he can be. I think they just need time to familiarise themselves again hopefully be buddies in no time! Good luck
