Whimpering/crying?
Its been twice now I've heard, my dwarf Russian called snowdrop doing a weird whimpering/crying noise. It's almost like a dog's but more squeaky and fast. The first time she done that she looked like she was falling asleep outside of her house, all exposed on her platform. She done that again today, she wasn't in her house but was in a recently made nest outside. She seems to stop as soon as she is disturbed, could it just be nightmares? or is she hurting or uncomfortable or cold?

How old is your little one?
My one dwarf squeaks in his sleep, he's just dreaming though.

Re: Whimpering/crying?
Only a couple or 3 months old, she's very bright but she does the silliest things sometimes like using her wheel too much and fall asleep in it , falling asleep in various places other than her house, attacking a millet spray in the funniest positions, looses balance, has a flop on her back and then wiggling like maggot to get back on her feet lol.

Re: Whimpering/crying?
Both my dwarfs squeak in their sleep. I wouldn't worry.
