Hiya my hamster does it sometimes. Can hamsters sneeze even when they haven't got a cold?

Yes, just like a human, hamsters can sneeze if they have a tickle. This noise however is not sneezing, it is just what I like to call sleep squeeling!

Tweed sneezed yesterday, but it was only once, and I don't think it was really a sneeze as she was sleeping! Can they have dream sneezes?

I just searched hamster sleep squeal on YouTube, found a clip and Apollo sounded just like that. Think he must have been dreaming, first time I have ever heard him make a sound like that. Just glad he's OK
