Exclamation help! on taming

I have had my hamster since Halloween and whenever i go into the cage and scoop her she tries to run away i just need help to pick her up. if i try picking her up by putting a piece of treat on my hand she just snatches it and walks back! i have also tried the bath thing but I don't think it really helps also she is used to me and my hand just not used to me picking her up could anybody help?

I haven't fully tamed my hamster but I've had her since November, but I would sleep with toilet paper for a few days so it had my scent on it and put it in my hamster's cage for her nest to help her get used to my scent.
