Peanut pee'd then layed in it

Peanut my hamster is a little strange at times bless him, this time, he did a wee and has since layed in it, and his fur by his head is discusting! What do I do. I tried to comb it with some water on the comb but it smells a little and still has some in, anyone had this?

puffle pee's and sleeps in his toilet XD he cleans himself up eventually x
