Starting training

I've never actually tried to get a hamster to respond to it's name, potty training and taming before. My little Syrian girls are very sweet and have yet to even nibble me but at the same time they ignore me completely. I try to softly call their names when I give them food but they ignore the food.....and me. Not even a grape could entice them; actually, they don't even bother holding it they just give it a sniff then sit there staring at it before continuing on what ever they're doing. I end up just putting it in their food bowl and it'll be gone later. I've never seen them pouch anything either, not even when I hand fed Caramel her hamster mix. She just sat there and reached over while eating everything individually. ( Guess she's not alarmed I'm touching her food XD) Sometimes they let me pet them but most of the time they're running away from me and if I persist then they'll roll on their backs so I'm forced to retreat. As for potty....they're just going EVERYWHERE. I tried giving Caramel a potty with litter and everything but she climbed in moved all the litter from one side of the potty to the other than got back out. Haven't seen her touch it since -_-;
