As some of you know from my
previous thread our house has recently adopted a little Syrian boy who is 10 weeks old now. We have had Poppy my Syrian, approx 7 months old, for a month and she has been very happy living in her bincage without a problem.
However, since we got Milo she has taken to using her teeth to grate the plastic of the box away until she makes a hole. She has done this in several places now, none big enough for her to escape but I don't think it will be long til she can.
She has plenty of wooden chews in her box, not to mention plastic toys if that's what shes interested in!
It can't be boredem as her box is packed full of toys which she adores. It is only something which has started since we got a male.
I can't help thinking that perhaps it is because she is going in and out of heat and is just desperate to get to the male which she can smell.
I hope somebody can suggest something which could help with this. I don't know how I can stop her from chewing her way out of the box? Thank you x
