Hadley is now consistently weeing in her potty! The only problem is that her aim manages to go over the back of the potty sometimes and goes down behind and underneath it :/ I'm satisfied though as long as she's not peeing in her bed and food store areas!
I've also noticed that she is either only leaving her droppings in one area or moving them to that area.

My Syrian is potty trained. I'm using one of the hooded or covered ones which fit in to the corner of the cage

I have the high-back corner type. I was looking into the covered or attached kind, but I don't want Hadley to try to sleep or hide in it

I was also thinking of potty-training my Syrian. Question: how do you clean the sand? Does it clump or do you throw it out everyday? Sorry, to hijack your thread, HadleyHam.

I use the Super Pet clay potty litter underneath a layer of bedding/substrate. Hadley liked digging in the litter a little too much

Dusty instinctively knew where to go but Popcorn was stubborn. The first time I tried he ate his potty litter. Its taken a couple of weeks but he's caught on. They both have corner toilets with a cover.

Pretty sure Hadley ate some too, but at least it is pet safe and non toxic

I had the litterbox in when I got Deckard and he started using it immediately! What a good boy. I'm not going to clean his cage for a while since he's so young and it isn't necessary (prolly in 2 1/2 weeks) and then I'll be able to see if he's peed anywhere else.
