Is this normal behaviour?
Hi everyone!
Just wondered, my hammie Biscuit used to store her food in her bed, but lately she's been storing it in her toilet corner instead! I keep moving it away, but she keeps moving it back again. None of my other hammies used to do this, and I just wondered if anyone else has this problem?

Re: Is this normal behaviour?
I think it's something that a lot of hammies do, I've certainly had most of my hams do it, disgusting though it may be!!

Re: Is this normal behaviour?
No matter how disgusting it is, it's perfectly normal. My friends rats do it alot lol
And my rabbits love to eat their dinner in their dirty sand tray, it's an animal thing lol x

Re: Is this normal behaviour?
Yeh, normal, though horrible. I think because they like to have soft food occasionally that's why they do it. And I guess, because they eat their soft poo sometimes, it's similar to that... (sorry if that's a bit course...) :/ yeh hams don't care much for decorum :P

Re: Is this normal behaviour?
Lol that's a relief, I didn't realise that it was normal as I'd never noticed any other hammies doing it. Thanks for the replies guys!
